My parcel was in kolkata import customs inspection from 13Jan and now the status shows that "sent to airline" Beijing. My question is why my package is sent to Beijing? My destination is India.

the parcel was returned from India. you should open dispute.

your parcel was sent to airline on Feb 15. normally it will reach India around march 15. the status will not change after "sent to airline".

Hi, the status of my tracking no. RG131738350CN has been stuck in sent to airline in Beijing since on 15 February. Until now no update. Can someone tell me what happened to my parcel?

RG131738350CN is delayed in beijing due to holiday rush. you need wait another week. if it does not arrive by Mar 10. you should open dispute.

the parcel should be stuck in customs for unknown reason. you should open dispute before purchase protect expires .
