i tracked my parcel and its showing
10/30/2014 6:52:40 PM INDIA KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO Receive item at office of exchange (Inb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE
10/30/2014 7:40:37 PM INDIA KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO Send item to customs (Inb) Air CED MUMBAI
11/1/2014 1:48:45 PM INDIA MUMBAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE Return item from customs (Inb) Air CED MUMBAI
11/1/2014 4:17:06 PM INDIA MUMBAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE Send item to domestic location (Inb) Air RAJAWADI PO
11/3/2014 6:20:10 PM INDIA RAJAWADI PO Deliver item (Inb) Air KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE

i think the seller cannot make the mistake of sending my item to a different city . the parcel wen to a different city and it is written "delivered item" next office kolkatta airport sorting office. i don't get it. i'm in new delhi. what to do? india post is useless. no way to contact them. do anyone have the number of kolkatta airport sorting office?
