RG162162669CN seems to be rejected in customs. you need open dispute asap.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_chinapost.php shows the parcel was rejected for safety reason. You can not get the goods anymore.

1. I suspect your parcel was rejected by Airline security:
2016-05-22 05:30:02.0 Guangzhou express 公司 safety check rejected
another tracking:
2016-05-22 05:30
As Guangzhou courier service companies, security checks returned

2. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him what is happening with your parcel. Maybe he can call China Post to find out what was the problem.
