Hi, I have posted a parcel from UK to China Shenyang on the 22/10/2014. It was supposed to be delivered on the 30/10/2014. However my parents still haven't received this parcel yet. I have called Royal Mail (UK post), they said the parcel was left UK on the 24/10/2014. So can you tell me whereabouts it is in China? When will it be delivered? What caused this delay please? Many Thanks.
