Post RS275338906CN : same status on tracking system over a month

Tracking number : RS275338906CN

Last update is:
2016-11-04 17:19:48.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport

This is a package ordered from ebay. Package is not received by destination country (Sri Lanka). Why would this be still in Guangzhou ?

Please help.

1. By now your parcel should be in Sri Lanka. Give your parcel a last chance, if by next week the 12 Dec you have not receive your parcel and can not track it at the Sri Lanka Post. Then open a dispute for not receiving your parcel.
