RK552092995CN left china for turkey on Nov 17. If you still do not get the goods, you need open dispute for lost parcel.

1. I have the same tracking as you:
2016-11-17 04:57
Shanghai City and leave Shanghai to Chicago

2. It seems that Shanghai and Chicago is not a good mixture. A lot of parcel coming from Shanghai are not scan by Chicago. So is the problem in Shanghai or Chicago, that I don't know.

3. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him you have not receive your parcel after over 40 days. He might have more info about your parcel.
