Chinapost is lying to all of us. My item RI219739315CN is lying with Chinapost since Nov 26, 2014. Look at the tracking information

I went to Kolkata Airport and a guy from Indiapost has confirmed that this item has never been delivered at Kolkata Airport to the customs. This is the reason there is not update on tracking information for a month now.

I would advise either of the following as remedy
1. Seek full refund from seller
2. Ask him to reship through others like FedEx etc coz. Chinapost has the reputation of lying and not delivering the product.
