I went to Kolkata Airport and a guy from Indiapost has confirmed that this item has never been delivered at Kolkata Airport to the customs. This is the reason there is not update on tracking information for a month now.

I would advise either of the following as remedy
1. Seek full refund from seller
2. Ask him to reship through others like FedEx etc coz. Chinapost has the reputation of lying and not delivering the product.

I checked with the airport authorities. They showed me entry in their internal system. ChinaPost has not delivered the product yet. I had ordered another product which was delivered at Kolkata Airport Sorting Office on 18th December 2014. I am getting that product on Monday i.e. 29th December. Even in this holiday season, Kolkata and Mumbai customs took only 10 days to deliver the product. ChinaPost is the culprit here.
