I ordered on 4 th Nov. the tracking info shows it was shipped out from Beijing on 10 Nov. there is no info after that date. please tell where my shipment is and how to track it now. Is there some different tracking no. when it reaches india. reply soon.

when will my order reach me. the shipment no. is RJ254889948CN . there is no update on your site after 10 November. please tell me where it is and how to track it if it has left china.

shipping from beijing to India might take about 3 to 8 weeks. status changing is slow.

then what kind of tracking is yours if it doesn't show the current status for 3 - 8 weeks. I want to know where is my shipment right now .

after the parcel arrives India, India Post will take over the duty to update the status and location information. Unfortunately, India Post has limited resources to handle too many parcels, in addition, India Customs always holds the parcels for very long time without any reason which makes India Post very difficult to update info on time.
