RI176565084CN 2014 In Customs-Control warehouse Shenzhen India 20141026 0905
that is 26/10/2014

RI176565084CN should be in India customs. The status will not change until the customs clearance finishes and the parcel is given to India Post.

but the status shows its still now stuck in china customs at Shenzhen
i have also checked with the indian customs at kolkata they have said this package has not departed from china yet , kindly help me

if India customs does not release the goods, the location of the parcel will show as in Shenzhen forever.

but in other products its hows like RK003689213CN it shows edi received
but for RI176565084CN there is no details like edi received can you tell when the product reached india
by airport , as i have checked withe airport customs kolkata , they said it is still in china
