Hi, can someone please help me to get my item? It's worth $200 and the item was sent from China on 26 July but I have still not received it. The item status shows as "Sent to airline" from 50 days i.e. from August 2nd and after that no update.
The parcel is supposed to be delivered in Bangalore, in which custom office can the item be? Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai or Kolkata?
Please direct me what to do. :(
I am sure the item is in India but the customs people are not updating the status. Also, I have few other items which have been delivered but the status shows as " export custom scan" which means they are not updating the status.

you can open a dispute before your protection expires. the parcel should be delayed in beijing.

I opened a dispute to increase purchase protection but the seller rejected it and the funds are already transferred. Contacted aliexpress 7 times for refund but no help.
