China Post tried to delivered my parcel RI027614492CN on 17 December 2014 18:20 but the status says Unsuccessful delivery.
I would like to ask how can get my parcel after their Unsuccessful delivery. My location is in Vietnam, Vung Tau, do you have a phone number for China Post Vietnam?

There is no China Post, it's Vietnam Post. Go to their website to find their phone number.
