Hi,
Could you pls provide some status update on my shipment RH061258045CN? It seems to have been sent to airline about 2 weeks back on 2nd Nov '14. Since then there has been no update on this.

Please let me know by when can we expect to receive this shipment. Thanks

sent to airline status normally will not change before the parcel arrives your country. the procedure will take 2 to 4 weeks. please be patient.

It's been about 4 weeks since the package left China. It was received by China Post on 23rd Oct, and I am not sure if it even reached India or not. Could you please help in tracking the package? Thanks

The parcel should have arrived India customs long time ago. The problem is the India custom clearance very very slow. many parcels took over 4 to 5 weeks stuck in Kolkata customs. India Post will take over the parcel and update the shipping status in China Post database after the clearance completes.

it all depends on India customs. none can predict.

This information is incorrect and wrong. The system updates every movement from the time Parcel is in India till delivery.

your case is lucky. India customs takes only 11 days to clear the goods. http://ipsweb.ptcmysore.gov.in/ipswebtracking/IPSWeb_item_events.asp?itemid=RH061258045CN%20&Submit=Submit shows RH061258045CN took about 4 weeks pass customs and was just given to India Post today.

It looks a bit strange that the parcel was received at India side only by 27th Nov, wherein it was shipped on 23rd Oct. It took more than a month for it to reach India.

Anyhow, what does the status 'Send item to customs (Inb)' mean? Does it mean it has been cleared through Indian custom or something else?
