Hi,

i bought an item from Aliexpress shipping to UAE on Nov. 26, 2014 and I received the tracking number RG089348426CN. When I tried to track item it show "In Customs-Control warehouse" since 04/12/2014.(Find below)

Success find: 3 items!

item No Year Status Location Destination Date
RG089348426CN 2014 Received by China Post Beijing U.A.E 20141203 0932
RG089348426CN 2014 Export Security Scan Beijing U.A.E 20141204 0830
RG089348426CN 2014 In Customs-Control warehouse Beijing U.A.E 20141204 0909

Can anyone tell me what is the status of the item?. How can I get the item and who is chinapost agent in UAE?. Is there anyway to track the item in uae?

RG089348426CN should be still in china. now is rush season, moving is very slow. U.A.E post is china post agent in U.A.E. if the parcel arrives U.A.E(Dubai), you will see new status in U.A.E Post website.

But I ordered on 26th of nov, before the Christmas rush.

It's not before the Christmas rush for China parcels. Before would be considered early to mid October.
