Pls help, my packaged left Guangzhou airport on 01st Nov 2016 and I have yet to receive it. The status is on route to Singapore. Is this normal?

1. China to Singapore can take 3 weeks for delivery. Your parcel is fine, you need to be patient. Just continue to track your parcel on Singapore site for any new movement.

Hi, this is the latest status:

2016-11-01 20:28:47.0 leaving Guangzhou Airport going to next airport/seaport
2016-11-19 14:09:03.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

It was leaving Gaugzhou Airport on 01st Nov 2016 but on 19th Nov 2016, the status was "Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared ". So has it left Guanzhou Airport?

you can not know if the parcel has left guangzhou or not because parcel status will stuck at its last status after it left china. based on my experience, you should get the parcel by end of Nov(the status should stuck at present status without any changing before it is delivered to you), no need worry at this moment.
