Your mail carrier will give you a notice with the amount of tax you need to pay, before you can get your parcel. Your parcel did not originate in Beijing, that is why it is taking so long. All the international parcels will be shipped from Beijing.

Hi i have 2 parcels - RI254528706CN andRI222084569CN which last updates are sent to airline almost 2 weeks ago and havent receive them yet, could they be lost? As i have items being shipped the same time and even later than these 2 parcels and they have already arrived malaysia. Pls help?

No they are not lost, you have to be patient. Due to the holidays, there are many packages travelling around the world and it will take at least another week or 2. Your home country's post has not processed it yet. Also depends on how strict your customs are.

the parcel arrived INDIA, Ranchi Medical College yesterday but failed delivery. It is in the hands of India Post. call them or visit their office and pickup the parcel asap.
