You said to me that the item RC841071096 CN takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks to reach down to Yemen from the date sent to airlines
After 3 weeks of renovation and found the item says Export clear customs
What happens in the Chinese Post

It was returned by airline to beijing airport. Any battery item inside?

you should open dispute and claim refund. i don't think you can receive the goods in near future.
