I ordered this product on 7th of February and i have still not received it.

RC508624045CN

I asked for it to be posted to Dubai, UAE. I am so confused as the tracking has not updated since 20 of february. Please help :(

RC508624045CN can not pass customs security scan and was returned to shipper. you should open dispute with paypal or aliexpress and claim refund asap.

Is it possible to know where it failed the customs security scan (Dubai or China) so that i can avoid ordering in the future.

it was returned from Dubai. Possible reason might also be wrong address.
