Hi!
Please, help me with information about my parcel with code RC011029257CN
it was accepted by China post at Nov 20 2013, and stuck there.

Tracking reports it has status: "Waiting for Customs Scan" for about 2 month!
Have I a chance to receive it?

RC011029257CN stuck in customs almost 2 months. normally this means it can not pass customs security check and has been or will be returned to shipper. please open a dispute and get refund asap.
