If the goods have not been out of the country of China, what if i ask you refund? Bacause I need to early November, so impossible i received the goods in recent weeks. Thank you before I would say

you need contact your shopping site (aliexpress, ebay , paypal etc) for refund. You can not file claim to China Post as you can not physically come to China Post in person with shipping receipt.
