hi. I on e-вау bought a children's toy from kellerqinszt. I paid 11,99 dollars. The seller of kellerqinszt wrote that sent a item in January, 2014, but I still didn't receive. My post office reported that RB748031584CN parcel didn't come to Kazakhstan. Help to find my parcel of RB748031584CN! ! !

the parcel RB748031584CN should be lost. why don't you take any action for so long time? you should open a non-receipt dispute to ebay if you have not got the parcel after one month of payment.

The seller of kellerqinszt on my inquiries wrote that sent RB748031584CN purchase to Kazakhstan. I waited. In March I opened dispute on e-wow which was closed recently. The seller refers to china post air where is specified that my purchase is sent to Kazakhstan. But the parcel didn't come to Kazakhstan. Help as me it is possible to find it? I after all paid for it. The seller of kellerqinszt doesn't respond to my requests.
