Could you please help me understand the exact status of two packages RB487661120CN and RC291244629CN

Their status has not been updated for the past 13 days.

RC291244629CN was returned to Customs warehouse on Dec 14. It should have some problem to pass security check. You'd better file a non-receipt dispute for this parcel.

RB487661120CN was sent to airline on Dec 18. You should get it after New Year holiday.

Dear chinapostvolunteer,
for RC291244629CN I have 35 days left for delivery date. Should I wait for another week before opening the dispute or do it immediately.

RC291244629CN seems have been returned to customs by airline. you'd better open dispute immediately.
