Post Possibility of Epacket Parcel LX024076220CN arriving before Xmas?

Just curious, i ordered a pair of sneakers from DHgate a couple of weeks ago. And it indicated that it was mailed on the 4th of Dec with tracking number - LX024076220CN .. its now 13 days till x'mas. Just wondering what the possibility of it arriving in Singapore, by the 25th is?
Has anyone had any experience ordering stuff off DHgate and mailing to Singapore?
Any help is much appreciated!

your parcel was shipped on Dec 4. based on our previous year experience, in this busy season, parcel will take 2 to 4 weeks to reach Singapore. You have more than 60% chance to get it before Xmas.
