Post Pls Help. I think my package has lost in transit

According to the tracking status, my package has left Guangzhou Airport since Nov17 2016 but it doesn't arrive at the destination airport in Thailand yet. And I cannot track it since. I tried to call Thai post office but they said they have no record of this package arriving. Can anybody help me. thank you so much.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel is in Guangzhou . it is still in normal time frame, no need worry.

How come it get stuck at airport for so long? I've been using China Air mail Hundred of times, usually when it gets to this status it will fly to my country within 3 days. but for this package it has been stuck at the airport for 10 days now. :(

2. Your parcel is trying to catch a flight out of China but it seems each time there is no room for the mail bag with your parcel inside it.

3. To make sure that your parcel departed China you need to have no tracking for at least 10 to 15 days. Then there would be good chances that the parcel departed China to Thailand.

Thx for the reply.
However, it seems that my package didn't catch the flight on nov24 too.
I've read the timetable in this website that the latest arrival timeframe for package bounding to Thailand is 14 days. Well my package has been in the system for 16 days now. And has been sitting at airport for more than 10 days unable to catch any flights!!

Is it really normal?

1. Oct, Nov and Dec are a very busy time for China Post to send parcels Overseas. You will have to be patient and wait for the departure of your parcel from China.
