I have been waiting for my parcel with tracking number LS346399392CN.

Is is still waiting for flight out. You can check here for China Post 1st quarter arrival time statistics report http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976, which shows on average it takes 50 days to arrive USA.

When your parcel left China the above website will be updated and you can also check the status on USPS website after goods arrived USA, at here http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php
