My package tracking number is RF399241325CN

The tracking status start at 26 oct, but it does not arrived until now.

usually it only take 11-14 to my country Indonesia.

Why my package still stuck until now? Is the sender not actually send my package by give me fake tracking number?
or my package was returned to the sender?

4. Parcel to Indonesia can take between 12 to 22 days in normal condition. Right now it's not normal condition with the Holiday Season. all Post Office in the World are very busy right now and mail is slow every where.

Hello,
I am new here. I have place 2 orders on aliexpress. My first order tracking number LM183635537CN is stuck in Beijin since the 2016-12-02.
My second package tracking number LM188817236CN. I am not even sure if the seller shipped it, cause it has not moved at all, since the day it was supposed to be shipped by the seller, on the 2016-12-05.
Can someone tell me please what is going on with my packages? Is it possible for me to receive them before the new year?
The buyer protection of my first order expire in only 9 days. what should I do then, in case if my package is still not arrived before 9 days?

1. For parcel LM183635537CN, I have the same tracking as you. Last tracking is this:

In Beijing, leaving Beijing the next city (transit)

2. You should ask the seller to add more days/week for your buyer's protection just in case the parcel does not show up in time.

3. For parcel LM188817236CN, this is the last tracking that I have:
2016-12-06 00: 00: 00.0 18:25:00 Guangzhou City to leave the processing center, sent to UAIEVA

UAIEVA = KIEV PI-1 UKRPOSHTA

4. So now for both parcels it up to Ukraine Post to scan the parcel On arrival or when they have time to do it.

5. Just continue to track your parcel on the Ukraine Post site for any new movement.

1. Can not be sure at 100% that both parcels have left because we don't have a flight number. But you and I can assume that the parcel has departed China and are On Route/In Transit to your country.

since 2016-12-03 my package has been leave china ,but why my package not arrived in my country until now?

i have track my parcel in indonesia post, but the result is still same : (2016-12-03 18:26 Departure from outward OE)

is it possible that my parcel was not arrived until now is because the parcel was returned to sender?

now is rush season, too many parcels stuck in either China export customs or Indonesia import customs waiting for processing. you need wait about 2 to 4 weeks more than regular season.

My package statua change to Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, has imported opening notes (return) at 24-dec-2016

Its that mean my parcel return to sender?
