PHILIPPINES post website shows the parcel RV828550509CN arrived PHILIPPINES on Mar 19. It should have been delivered to your local post office long time ago. Remember , PHILIPPINES does not delivery parcel to your home, you need go to your local post office to pay some fee and pickup the goods by yourself.

If my order arrived here in the philippines last march 19, is there any chance that they send it back since i've never know that it is already here in may country?

I think you'd better go to that post office and ask them. We don't have any updated info after Mar 19.
