Hi
Can you help me, please ?
I have three parcels from Bulgaria to Taiwan. (via Beijing Exchange Office）
The tracking numbers are
RI232849479BG , RI232849482BG, and RI227939830BG.
Fortunately, I received the parcels with RI232849479BG and RI227939830BG the day before yesterday.
But the status of RI232849482BG doesn't update for nine days. (still in "Beijing Transit Station export customs cleared" or "Departure from outward office of exchange, Beijing Exchange Office" status)
I can't see it into next status ( arrive Beijing Airport / leaving Beijing Airport going to next airport)
So....I can't understand what happened. ( especially the parcels with RI232849479BG and RI232849482BG arrived Beijing Exchange Office on the same day, even before RI227939830BG)
Could you please help me with this question or give me some suggestion?

1. This is the tracking I found:
Parcel No.RI232849482BG tracking result
2016-05-07 03:05:00.0 索非亚 export customs cleared
2016-05-17 14:12:53.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2016-05-17 17:43:09.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-05-18 08:50:42.0 Beijing Transit Station import customs scan
2016-05-19 13:21:53.0 Beijing Transit Station export customs cleared

2. Your parcel was refused by Customs and possibly returning back to sender.

3. This: 2016-05-19 13:21:53.0 Beijing Transit Station export customs cleared means exporting out of China = going back to sender.

1. Please be aware I might be wrong, the parcel might be waiting to get a flight out of China to your country also.
