Hi My Tracking number is RB862737061CN

my parcel already departured from Beijing. but its showing sent to airline

when i will get my parcel pls any one help me...

RB862737061CN was just sent to airline on Dec 16. It needs another 2 to 5 weeks to arrive India.

This tracking number is showing "sent to airline" since 09/12/2013. But the parcel does not arrived me till now. However, the seller is saying that his express company is saying that parcel reached INDIA. But here in India my post office authority is saying they did not receive any parcel with this tracking number..

Now where the parcel is gone? Please help me. Its really very urgent. What should i do?
Please reply me ASAP..

If the parcel was sent to airline on Sep, and you have not got it, normally this means the parcel was lost on the way to destination. You have to contact shipper for compensation and shipper will contact China Post for compensation with original shipping receipt.

Your confusion in date is because in India we use dd/mm/yyyy ๐Ÿ˜€
