My parcel by sent through China Post is stuck at Nanjing customs since 4-10-2014. The tracking no is RK060137876CN. Can you help to have this ent to me it is more than 2 months now. Thanks

The parcel can pass the security control... Any batteries or liquid inside? You should contact your seller and claim refund.

Hello Thanks for guidance. These are LED strips and there is no battery or liquid inside. Can somebody help? Thanks Zaheer
