Dear All,

Recently i have shipped back a Parcel to Guangzhou.
My local tracking stops when the parcel reached China Guangzhou Airport.
I shipped on 21th July and by 24th July it has already reached China.

RC625007385SG by Singpost

Tracking via Chinapost still states "On route".
240714 0920hrs import customs scan
240714 1557hrs import security scan

No further updates since then.

Need help on this.

Hi, I have the same problem as leewei except mine's shipping out of China. My parcel's been stuck in Guangzhou too since Aug 9th. It stated "Export Customs Scan" and till today, no further updates.

My past experience of shipping to china small parcel is usually 10-18 days will reach the hands of the owner. This time round is about 1 mth but still no news.

As per status, your order is still in china ... my order is also not updating from 01-08-2014.
My seller is saying that there is airline shortage in china that's why its will take 2-3 week more to reach at destination.

34 days since i shipped it out.
Still no updates and yet to reach the recipient.
