Post Parcel QUERY/Tracking!!

Hi,

My package number is CN14127189564061 and apparently it cannot be tracked online. My parcel is said to be shipped on 8th October to Singapore and I still have not received any information on the same. I was asked to reach out to ChinaPost directly for further queries on the same.

Can you please inform me on the progress and a date I might be expected to receive the parcel?? It has been more than 45 days now!

CN14127189564061 is not a tracking number of china post. you should open dispute if you do not get the parcel after one month of payment.

They have asked me to check with you if about the package with my address too.

Is there any package for this address? Please confirm.

you can not use an address to track a parcel. China Post database has no such information. only tracking number works.

Hi

Pic have been waiting for my parcel since last year December my tracking no is RI250325892CN, and when today I tried to make a track, it says it has reached South Africa and my parcel was unsuccessfully delivered.. Please assist me

Your package is waiting for you to pick up at your local post office. Contact SA post for details.

2 weeks is not long. status freeze for 2 to 5 weeks is normal, no need panic.

Ordered from India.

The shipment has a current status:

Send item abroad (EDI-received), Air, KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICEChina Post
BEIJING
since Jan 27, 2016 09:00 pm

Its already February 5th and no update is made by them. Is there anything wrong? Why the parcel is not yet received! Please help me in this regard.

nothing wrong! shipping from china to india might take 4 to 5 weeks. you need some patient.
