Hello,
I have ordered a car horn from aliexpress and the seller shipped out the item on 11th October 2014 using FlytExpress service.

Website : http://www.fly***.com/Tracking/NewTracking.aspx?orderid=A000191410101546

Tracking ID: A000191410101546

It says the post was given to china post and the tracking for china post is : 005157983609

The parcel is supposed to arrive in Mumbai, India

Any reason as to why i have not received it or when i may receive ?

005157983609 is non-register mail. You can not know the exact arrival date, not even know the destination. So if you can not get it after 40 days of payment date, you should open dispute to aliexpress.
