Hi,

My parcel is to sent to KOLKATA AIRPORT SORTING OFFICE on 3/19/2014 at 8:13:00 AM, but after that there is no update. Tracking no. is RB883382046CN. Can please help me with the same to know the current status

many parcels to India are like your situation. they should be lost in Kalkata airport. you should open a dispute and ask seller compensate your lost. check here: http://track-chinapost.com/?p=435

Only for kolkata city users--------

Contact foreign post office in dalhousie, near high court.

they have a customs department there , i have gone to that building , they check the items and then they send that to india post office.

But they always ask some money for that.....you know how customs department in india works.

Contact them you will surely get the parcel faster.

Go to dalhousie ask anybody high court then ask for foreign post office , go to first floor of the building.

Sometimes you might get wrong no or something do not worry try for sometime you will get it.

Ask them by giving your tracking no , they will help you to sort out status of your parcel, but still they also sometimes neglect the phone calls , then go to the dalhousie office you will get your parcel for sure.

The ground floor of the bulding is storehouse of all parcels coming from abroad countries.
