the parcel can not pass customs check. you can not get the goods.

RK163515813CN has problem to pass customs scan. you should open dispute.

I've sent the question 3 times, still no answer.
If you closed the conversation, just let me know, if not - my the last question was:
what about the rest ones? (parcels)... Whether I can count on any refund/re-send or i have to forget about the items and money, I payed.
