4. One is saying that the parcel is given to the Airline and the next tracking that the flight arrive in your country.

5. From there on, no more tracking and United Arab Emirates Post is taking charge of the parcel. It will send the parcel to Customs then after that delivery just like a normal letter to you.

3. So every parcel have to wait their turn to be scan and then sent to United Arab Emirates Customs Office for clearance. Then it goes back to United Arab Emirates Post for delivery.

4. But because it's the holiday season, they must be more parcel then usual arriving in and departing from your country. So the mail system might be slower.
