Hi,

We sent a parcel from Australia to China with the tracking #EJ206351561AU

Street Address: Suzhan road, xin tian di jia yuan, Building 72, Room 206
City: Suzhou
Province/State: Jiangsu
Country/Region: China (Mainland)

The parcel has arrived in Nanjing but hasn't moved since the 23rd November 2016.

Please help.
If it is located, can you send it back to the sender please. The address in on the package.

2. You could call yourself China Post EMS : 11183, They might be able to help you.

3. In the last tracking maybe sent to domestic imports means the parcel is traveling inside China. I'm not sure because I translate the Chinese indication into English. Or it could be sent to Import Customs if so then you can read this:

Thank you for your reply. It is really odd, because when I enter my tracking number there is nothing about the movements on the 26th of November.
I'd happily call China Post EMS, but this would cost me so much as I live in Australia.
Is it normal that this process takes so long? I have no idea of what to expect in regards to mail movements within China.

1. The recipient of the parcel should be able to call China Post EMS Hot Line 11183 and find out exactly where is the parcel.

We tried that but it seems like who ever is answering the phone has a really thick skull. They can tell us "approximately" where it is but won't answer our questions. They won't help whatsoever. First and last time I send something to China.
I even used their webchat and had to translate every to/from Chinese so they would chat to me. They wouldn't use English. And they were even more thick skulled than over the phone.

To your opinion, is it normal that packages take this long or is it a sign that it is definitely lost?

1. Has the recipient gone to a local post office and try to find out about the parcel? Parcel maybe not be lost but misplace or they are to busy right now with the Holiday Season.

2. It's not normal that a parcel take that long, average should be a week at the most.

The recipient has trouble understanding English.
It seems like you manage to get more tracking info than I do. Is there a specific tracker you use?
Are you able to see if EJ206351561AU has moved?
