Hi, does anyone know why my package has been stuck in Guangzhou International Airport since October 1, 2014? I know there was a week-long holiday on the first week of October, but it's already October 19 and my package is still in Guangzhou.

My tracking number is RI074497335CN. My package doesn't contain any batteries. They are only earphones.

If anyone can tell me what's going on over there, I would appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

it should be delayed by holiday. the parcel is still waiting in beijing. you should get it within next 2 weeks.
