Post Package status unknown for a long time. Help!

I've been constantly checking the tracking for my package, and it has been only saying "leaving guang zhou for next airport". It's been like this since 20th December 2016.

I've checked with my own country's postal service, and they havn't gotten any such package with the tracking number (RS322970040CN).

I've also tried contacting the seller for help. But they are not replying me! I'm pretty desperate at the moment. Please help!

1. Parcel to Singapore can take between 2 to 3 weeks to arrive.

2. While the parcel is On Route/In transit no tracking is available. You will have to wait till Singapore Post scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it to see some information about your parcel.
