Post Package is coming back to sender?

Hello.
I ve just send back to my seller a defective item on 10.12.2014.
RN913691091RO - This item was sent to Hong Kong but I think Beijing International is sending it back to me. Can you please tell me what is wrong with this package? What can I do with this package to arrive at the destination in Hong Kong?

yes. RN913691091RO is returned to Europe. but it will take very long time to reach you.

You have any ideea what is happend with it? Customs problems? That is a product sent from Hong Kong and I just send it back in it's original state

many possible reasons for returning:
wrong or incomplete address.
No proper Chinese address in the parcel or English address can not be translated into chinese,
postman can not enter the address,
receiver refuse to accept parcel
....etc.

Receiver provide me the adress and he is waiting for the package to arrive. Receiver din not send the adress in Chinese. Maybe that was the problem. Thank you for your answer!

I also have an answer from my seler:
"I checked that the post office open the package for inspection on 2014-12-17, then they returned the package to you directly, maybe they think it is not safe to transfer the package, I think in the future, you can't return item with China post."
What is that mean? It is true that I can't send packages to China Post? Is there a restriction?

can not understand your seller's poor English. there is no restriction in China Post except battery item.

Another answer from my seller today: " The return address in Hong Kong, there is no Chinese address, just the English address, they didn't dispatch to Hong Kong and returned it right away, it is really not professional"

I suggest do not bother returning items to China. It's often more expensive than the item is worth and most sellers will understand that.

I told them that but I think my seller doesn't think like this an insist to resend the package again:
Me: "There is another problem: if I send the defective product back to you again, and the China Post is making the same move and don't deliver? What should we do then? We will pay shipping more than the value of Vamo V6"
Seller: "We know it will take long time to receive the replacement, but the post office returned the package without any try, which really our control of both of us.
According to our policy, we can only arrange replacement after the package delivers to us, in your case, how about you arrange resend once again after receiving the package via other shipping method,not China post,then, we arrange replacement for you after seeing the shipping receipt?"
