Post package delayed or lost ??

Two of my parcels
1) RC186099413CN and 2) RC309951001CN
they have not even reached India in spite of 2 months time. The last tracking is on 20th march, subsequently there is no further movement.

Don't know what's the fate of the parcel ?? Has it been lost??

Looking for some answers and miracles

both parcels were sent to airline to Kolkata in March. they should have arrived Kolkata long time ago. you'd better contact India Post and inquiry the detail. if India can not give you detail, then they should be lost.

I did contact India post but couldn't make much progress they say parcel yet to arrive in India, but why doesn't some body from China post make an enquiry?? After all they too need to take some responsibility ,having issued the parcel,they need to lodge a complaint and take it to a logical end,
if parcels are lost this frequently then surely the Reputation will also take a bearing,
hope responsible authorities take note and act !

I had called India post and submitted a complaint, regarding my parcels bearing tracking Number 1) RC186099413CN and 2) RC309951001CN for which i did receive a reply from Kolkata foreign post as follows:

KOLKATA FOREIGN POST :THE ITEM WAS BAGGED BY CHINA ON 19/03/2014. THERE IS NO RECORD OF THE ITEM TO HAVE BEEN RECEIVED IN INDIA AS YET .

By this they say the parcel has not reached INDIA yet, meaning its something to do with CHINA POST, Will the concerning authorities at CHINA POST please check and find out where or why these parcels are yet to reach INDIA? ?

Hope they take some action and do the needful which will give us confidence of further business with them

India post in Kolkata never admits that the parcel has arrived India even if the parcel was sent to india long time ago. You can do nothing but wait and pray.

Only for kolkata city users--------

Contact foreign post office in dalhousie, near high court.

they have a customs department there , i have gone to that building , they check the items and then they send that to india post office.

But they always ask some money for that.....you know how customs department in india works.

Contact them you will surely get the parcel faster.

Go to dalhousie ask anybody high court then ask for foreign post office , go to first floor of the building.

Sometimes you might get wrong no or something do not worry try for sometime you will get it.

Ask them by giving your tracking no , they will help you to sort out status of your parcel, but still they also sometimes neglect the phone calls , then go to the dalhousie office you will get your parcel for sure.

The ground floor of the bulding is storehouse of all parcels coming from abroad countries.
