Post No Movement in Tracking for 4 weeks!

Hello to you, I currently have 3 parcels sitting in China Customs Shanghai Airport, all 3 are from different sellers and do not have any flammable liquids or batteries in them.

All of which have had no movement in weeks now! Please can I find out what is going on as this is not acceptable!
The sellers are useless with being forthcoming on the information front and tracking a parcel with china post is hard enough as it is, I have never waited this long for items to clear customs before, alternatively I placed an order last week which again was sent via Shanghai Airport and this parcel was delivered yesterday morning with no hold ups at all, so something has got to be wrong.

Please Advise!

you'd better ask shipper to file an investigation with the china post office at which he shipped the parcel. the parcel should be lost by that office. normally it should not keep so long time in collection status.
