Hi my tracking number is RF369573324CN (to Singapore). The last status is "Export customs clearance complete" on 11 Oct 16. There has been no update since then and I cannot track it in the destination country (tracking number not found). Has it been shipped out of China? What happened to the parcel? Appreciate your help urgently. Thank you.

2. Unfortunately you are not alone waiting for a parcel going to Singapore. I would not be surprise that there is a backlog of parcel trying to get to Singapore.

3. This backlog might have been created by the China National holiday from 01 - 08 Oct. Then when it started it was a big mess with the mail system in China Post.

4. You could contact your seller and ask him to contact China Post to make sure that your parcel is OK.
