Hi,
My parcel from China hasn't arrived still. When I track the shipment it says " customs scan" Tracking number is RG089688019CN
Can someone help me on what the actual status of my shipment is ....

Hi,
Thanks for the reply. I did look into the site which you had mentioned to track my parcel but the status is stagnant for a very long time.
In China post tracking site the status says - Customs Scan
In IPS tracking site it says - Send Item abroad EDI received
In track-chinapostt.net site it says - In Transit
I ordered a pair of sports shoes from Aliexpress on 11th of Nov2014 and its been a month and I dont know for sure what exactly is the status of the shipment is.
Pls can you let me know what the current status is ....

Forgot to mention the tracking number in my previous post .... RG089688019CN
Has the parcel atleast reached India?

it should have arrived India customs but not yet been processed. After customs releases the goods, India Post will update the new status.

Hi again,
With reference to my parcel with tracking number RG089688019CN and my earlier posts on the same, I still haven't received any updates.
I ordered yonex sports shoes on 11th Nov2014, And on 28th Nov'14 the status shows as "EDI Received - Sent Abroad" and almost after a month as of today 26th Nov'14 the status is same . Do you think my parcel is lost? I need to know cos there is only 15 days left for purchase protection ( Of 60 days ). Should I open a dispute asking for my refund? . I have given up on receiving the parcel and at-least hope I get my money refunded once I open a dispute.
Your advice will be helpful on this ............... Thanks

we suggest you wait one more week, if not arrive, then open dispute.
