Here is my tracking info RK506982243CN

2017-03-25 14:41:11.0 China Post Group 江苏省太仓city commerical parcel 分公司 received
2017-03-25 15:25:36.0 China Post Group 江苏省太仓city commerical parcel 分公司 customs scan
2017-03-25 15:52:42.0 leaving China Post Group 江苏省太仓city commerical parcel 分公司 ，next station 太仓
2017-03-27 07:30:59.0 Suzhou Transit Station export security scan
2017-03-27 12:10:03.0 Suzhou Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )

Does it usually take this long for customs scan?

yes. stuck in customs scan status for 2 to 5 weeks is normal.

Its been more than 3 weeks now and its still stuck in custom scan. Is there something wrong?

No more tracking info has been provided...what could be wrong ?
