Post My package is stuck in SUZHOU!

We received a message from eBay on September 21st that our package was shipped. I've checked the tracking of my package every few days, and it seems to be stuck in SUZHOU. Is it stuck in customs? What's going on? There were so many good reviews and positive feedback about the seller. What's the hold up?

If your parcel has no battery item inside, then it should be no problem. Now is holiday season, parcel status changing might be slow. you can wait one more weeks and track it again.
