my parcel RH338424532CN got returned even though the address is correct.
whats the issue there? please contact via private message to help me resolve this

1. This is what one tracking site is saying:
2016-10-28 21:38 Address is incomplete

2. There must have been something missing into the address for your parcel that could not be deliver to you.

3. You will have to clear that with the seller or even talk with Singapore Post.

So may I know where is the package now? Is that in China? How would Singapore post be able to help?

1. Parcel was sent back to the sender of the parcel, you need to contact the sender of the parcel and make some arrangement with him.
