Good evening I ordered an item 9/7/16 but have still not received it the last activity was on 12/8/16. My tracking number is RK506204941CN as stated. Any help would be very much appreciated thank you very much!!

1. Parcel to Singapore should take maximum 2 to 3 weeks to be deliver.

2. Either your parcel is lost or misplace. You should contact seller and ask him to call China Post: 11185, they might be able to find your parcel.

But is it possible for me to call China Post: 11185 because ive tried contacting my seller and was not very successful

1. If you speak Mandarin, yes you could contact China Post.
