Post Item still in China or in India?

Hi my tracking no is RI216382325CN
When I track this no from china side the last status is on 14 Nov "Export Security Scan" not sent to airline. But when tracking on India Side it says "Send item abroad (EDI-received)" on 15 Nov.
So I am really confused that is my parcel still in China or in India?
If it is in India it is more than 4 weeks and there is no update yet :(
Edit-There is no battery or liquid items.

If the India site says that it is received it is. Tracking updates for China post are very slow right now.

Hey my also shows same thing and last update was on 13/11/2014 edi received but no update after that. I ordered hid kit. Dont know what has happened to services of china post.

Correct sometimes I don't now who to blame my seller OR China Post 😡

Tracking no is RI188226401CN which is not updating after 3th dec...please update me as soon as possible as ordered jacket on 19th November but product still not recived

RI188226401CN should be in Kolkata customs but not processed yet. now is rush season, India customs processing is slow, you need some patient.
