I have ordered earphones from Aliexpress.com.The status of the item in the website shows that the item is delivered but it has not been delivered.The status in the china post airmail website shows as "NULL" and location as "PEK" since over a month now. Where is my item?Can someone please give me some clarity please? :(

The tracking number of my item is RB586524200CN and i checked it in the page you told me to.. and the status shows that the item has been sent to the airline on november 19th and its January 1st of 2014 now.. And Aliexpress shows that the item has already been delivered. What is this? I have no idea whats going on.. Can i call anyone to know what has happened to my item? Please help. :(

You should open dispute immediately with aliexpress.

Its too late :(
Aliexpress says that the order is confirmed so i cannot dispute anymore :(
I just need to know where the item is. Why would it take so long to ship out? Is it missing or what? :(

I have exactly the same trouble...and nobody is answering...!!!

el problema es que ya no puedo abrir controversia. el tiempo expiró. El vendedor no responde. La unica altiva que tengo es que correo de china indique el seguimiento de la compra.

I lost all my 5 packages, on the way from China to Armenia. it's sad situation.
